[Policy Brief] Fresh Produce potential – 2019
Pacific Island tourism operators and farmers can promote locally sourced food and other agricultural produce as an integral part of the tourism experience. This policy brief outlines the supply gap in fresh produce, with the example of Fiji, and recommends a way forward for farmer organisations, Government, the private sector and tourism operators in realising the potential for fresh produce in the Pacific Islands.
