Nuku’alofa, Tonga – Tongan based commercial farm for exports company Nishi Trading has said it intends to boost production targets in line with its business priorities.
It follows plans to recruit a factory operations manager who will oversee the production and development of the company’s high quality, retail and business to business goods.
The factory currently produces a range of frozen and dry root crop products for Tonga and New Zealand markets on the southern coast of the main island of Tonga.
“We have an upcoming vacancy for our factory operations manager and we’re advertising locally and regionally for a good calibre of candidate,” says Project Manager Jenny Nishi.
“The role is responsible for the continuous improvement of all our production processes and systems to achieve our production targets, and setting production objectives aligned with the business priorities.”
