Goal 1 : sort the beans by quality
Goal 2 : bundle the same-sized beans
Warning : Do not bundle wet beans
Tools : (1) Rubber bands or twine
Process
(1) Sorting : Sort the beans into bundles of –
First Quality (Excellent aroma, 16cm+, split less than 1cm, and oily and soft
Second Quality (Excellent aroma, shorter beans, and/or slightly dryer beans
(a) Discard all over-dry and over-split beans
(b) Discard all beans showing signs of mould
(2) Bundling : Tie the beans in the same-size bundles and grades
