March 2026
Nadi, Fiji – March 17th, 2026 – We are thrilled to announce a historic milestone in our journey. After years of growth, Pacific Island Farmers Organisation Network (PIFON) has secured a permanent home at 20 Normas Place, Kennedy Avenue, Nadi, Fiji.
Now, we invite you to help us transform this space into the Pacific Farmers Resource & Training Centre—a first-of-its-kind, farmer-owned hub dedicated to shared skills, cultural exchange, and climate-resilient innovation across 15 Pacific Island countries & Territories.
Why This Matters
This Centre is more than just a building; it is a “home away from home” for over 100,000 farmers. Our Vision includes:
- Flexible Training Spaces: A modular hub for community workshops and co-working.
- A Traditional Bure: An open-air space for talanoa and cultural events.
- Resource Centre: A dedicated gallery showcasing the incredible products and publications of our regional members.
